Use of these records for any other purposes than specified will require a fresh authorization from TCA.  Please note that some of these records - including  documents, images, artwork, sound, cartographic, textual or electronic and etc., in TCA holdings may be copyrighted. Also note that it is your responsibility to identify the rightful copyrighted owner and obtain permission from them before making use of these records in any way. Any person or institution consulting TCA will undertake to submit a final copy of their Project to TCA and will abide by it. TCA does not subscribe to the views and ideas expressed in their Research. They must not be duplicated, reproduced for resale, loaned to or deposited with another individual or repository without the prior written consent of TCA.
